At King Trainers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear and transparent returns and refunds process. Please read the following carefully.

Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Any products marked as final sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any products back, please contact our customer service team at support@kingtrainers.co.uk to initiate the return process. Make sure to include your Order ID in the email, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
  2. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Refund Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@kingtrainers.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost. Be sure to include your Order ID in your correspondence.
